I have made extra efforts to ensure the quality and longevity of your purchase. All artworks are made with quality paints and mediums on acid-free materials, perfect for display in your homes and offices.

Canvas pieces have their edges painted, and specially protected with 2 layers of anti-UV varnish - ready to hang, with or without frames.

All artworks are also signed and dated, and will ship with a signed COA (Certificate of Authenticity).

FAQs

How much is delivery?

Shipping is free for local orders in Singapore. For international orders, please email elisaliuart@gmail.com to get an estimate.

For international orders of large canvas works (typically above 36” high or wide), canvas will be removed from the stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a shipping tube to minimize damage to the artwork. You can get the artwork stretched at a local framer.

Tracking number will be provided for all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Artworks shipped in Singapore will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An option for same-day delivery is also available upon request.

International orders may take between 5 to 20 business days depending on your region and the time of the year.

I will provide you an estimated date of arrival upon confirmation with the courier service.

What is your return policy?

All artworks are inspected and photographed before shipping. I take time to pack each piece myself with absolute care to make sure you receive your art in perfect condition.

In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage within 3 days of receipt, so I can learn what went wrong with the shipment. We will work out a return or exchange should such an event occur.
